Jon Trout- Founder & CEO

Jon has a long history of developing and building technology solutions. After serving in the Navy, he moved to San Francisco where he worked as a Field Service Engineer. Jon joined TrendPoint Systems in 2008 and became the CTO, leading the innovation efforts in the power metering market. In 2015, he founded BitBox USA which was focused on IoT solutions.  

After leaving BitBox USA, he founded Chekhub. Chekhub was born from the realization that current tools fail to provide the clarity and accountability needed to maximize operations. 
Through his experience working with the largest technology companies in the world, serving in the Navy, and his time in the field service industry, his unique background has helped position Chekhub as the first tool to truly tackle the practical challenges facing the industry.  

Sanjay Patel- President 

Sanjay spent the last several years as Founder, President, and CEO of TiO Home, Inc., an iOT company with a hardware and software solution in the smart home space. TiO Home Raised over $9M, developed a board of directors, executed the go-to-market strategy to homebuilders by signing some of the largest builders and distributors in the country, and filed 9 utility patents. 

Prior to TiO Home, he ran an engineering firm which he sold to a multinational company out of India. He received a BS from North Carolina State University & MBA from Duke University.
